SECTION 1.
Mr. Max Müller to Sir Edward Grey.—(Received May 5.) (No. 93.) (Telegraphic.) P.
Peking, May 5, 1910. I HAVE to-day received telegraphic information from His Majesty's consul general at Yunnan-fu of the opening of a customs-house there on the 29th April. The local authorities have announced the establishment of a trade-mark, and furnished His majesty's consul-general with a copy of regulations relating thereto. I gather from my French colleague that it is doubtful whether they will be acceptable.
